眼科学

We offer comprehensive ophthalmology services that include evaluation of eye disease, 医疗眼科护理, and cataract surgery. We also provide routine eye exams.

Routine eye exams

Regular eye examinations are an important part of staying healthy. An eye exam allows a doctor to correct any vision changes you've had since your last appointment, and helps find any eye problems at an early stage, when they are most treatable. If you have a family history of eye disease (for example, 青光眼, macular degeneration, 或白内障), it may be important to have more frequent check-ups.

Routine eye care includes screening for:

  • General eye health, including screening for 青光眼 and macular degeneration
  • Refraction to determine if you need glasses or a change in your eyeglass prescription. We also fit both routine and specialty contact lenses.
  • Loss of close vision. In most people, our ability to focus up close decreases as we age into our forties and beyond. This can be corrected with prescription or non-prescription reading glasses or bifocals.

We treat many common eye conditions using various types of treatments. Please refer to the following topics from the American Academy™ of 眼科学 website to learn more about these common eye conditions and treatments:
